Food Vendors
Dear Food Vendor,
Family Fun Fest is a Christian alternative to Halloween. It is being held at the Town of Orange Park’s Town Hall Park on the corner of Kingsley and US-17. This years event is expected to draw over 1500 families from around Clay County. It is being held on October 31st from 6:00-9:00pm. The event will provides an incredibly safe high level alternative to Halloween that is sure to have kids and parents desiring to come back year after year.
This year’s event will feature 25 game booths, large inflatables, free popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, face painting, TONS AND TONS of candy, 2 main stages – 1 for Karaoke and 1 for youth bands, plus much, much more. All of those fun, games, and snacks are absolutely free to the participants. Additionally a number of food vendors will be present selling food for the event and giving a portion of their proceeds to Seamark Ranch.
We are seeking area churches and businesses who have a desire to participate in this years event. Our hope is that we can provide the community with a stellar event, the churches with an opportunity to help the community, and businesses with an advertising opportunity with a purpose. Churches should benefit from the opportunity of being a part of a large event at the fraction of the cost of attempting to do an event alone.
A minimum of 10% of all contributions and any proceeds from the event will go directly to the “Seamark Ranch”, a non-denominational, Christ-centered children’s home and school is committed to sharing the Gospel, hope, healing, and a brighter future with abused, neglected, abandoned, and homeless children.
Please see information below for current food vendor opportunities.
Impact Clay is soliciting food vendors to be present at the event. There is no charge for food vendors to be present, but we would recommend the following:
Please keep the price point of the food reasonable for the participants. Please consider donating up to 10% of your proceeds to help us cover the cost of the event and to help us further the work of Seamark Ranch.
